It all started with a swipe on Hinge. At the time, Stormy was living in College Station while Kyler was about an hour and a half away. That distance didn't last long, though. On our first date, we spent the evening axe throwing, where Kyler was determined to impress so determined, in fact, that he secretly recruited a friend to practice the week before. What started as a one date turned into many more.
Not long after, Kyler took Stormy skydiving where Kyler jumped first, landing ahead of Stormy, and there waiting below was a banner asking her to be his girlfriend. It was one of those moments we'll always remember, and a pretty accurate preview of the adventures we'd continue to share together.
As the years passed, we built a home together and grew our little family. Zara came first, followed by Zuko, who quickly became the perfect addition to our pack. Since then, we've been fortunate to experience so much together, from traveling to new countries and chasing unforgettable experiences to simply enjoying quiet nights at home.
Our travels led us to the breathtaking mountains of St. Moritz, Switzerland, where Kyler planned the most unforgettable surprise: high above the Alps, on a secluded helicopter landing pad, he got down on one knee and asked Stormy to spend forever with him. Moments later, we boarded a helicopter and flew even deeper into the mountains for an intimate private dinner, where we celebrated the beginning of our next chapter.
Travel has become one of the things we love most as a couple, and few places have left a bigger impression on us than the French Riviera. From the first time we visited, we knew it was somewhere we wanted to return to again and again. That's why choosing Monaco for our wedding felt so natural.
We're incredibly grateful that you're making the journey to celebrate with us. Being surrounded by our favorite people, in one of our favorite places in the world, doing some of our favorite things is everything we could have hoped for. We can't wait to share this unforgettable weekend with you!
